[fix] 지원자 상태 변경 오류

Issue

변경 내용

  • 지원자 상태 변경 시 구글 스프레드 시트에 해당 지원자 없으면 오류가 발생
  • 지원자 상태 변경 시 DB에는 지원자가 존재하고 구글 스프레드 시트에 업데이트하는 로직 추가

구현 사항

  • 지원자 상태 변경 시 DB에는 지원자가 존재하고 구글 스프레드 시트에 업데이트하는 로직 추가

테스트

  • 지원자 상태 변경 시 DB에 지원자가 존재하고 구글 스프레드 시트에 없으면 업데이트하는 테스트 케이스 추가
